Tuscan Casa Real Estate combines over 26 years of luxury real estate experience in the United States and Italy under one roof. We offer full real estate buying, selling, Relocation and pre-buy evaluating services as well as design, restoration, furnishing, and rental management.
As a Re\Max and Sotheby’s Owner/Agent in the United States, Ian Bunch brought his 17 years of high-end Real Estate experience to Tuscany 4 years ago and combined forces with Antony Charity who previously owned and ran a successful Real Estate Agency in Lucca before the pandemic. While working for a local agency in Siena, they instinctively knew that the Tuscan Real Estate market was not working for their buyers, sellers, and other agents due to a lack of publicized data and Multiple List System, along with territorial disputes and very little exclusivity.
Their goal with Tuscan Casa is to help bridge the divide between foreign Buyers and local Sellers, with professionalism, information, education, and timely service.
